Nathan was born in Concord, Massachusetts, moved to Winter Park, Florida, with his family in 1992, and has lived in the area nearly ever since. After graduating from Winter Park High School, he attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies. He studied law at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, graduating Cum Laude. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Wittman’s practice focused on defending insurance companies, manufacturers, financial institutions, and corporations large and small, in a variety of matters, including breach of contract, product liability, premises liability, consumer protection, and personal injury. Since 2016, Nathan has drawn on his years of experience and knowledge earned defending insurance and other companies, to help clients at Morgan & Morgan fight for justice against corporations, individuals, and insurance companies who are responsible for their injuries. Nathan is admitted to practice in Florida and Texas state courts, as well as Florida’s Middle and Southern District federal courts.
