Michelle Kaplin is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan\'s Miami office. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from University of Miami, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. During her time in law school, Michelle served as a member of the University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review. Michelle is fluent in English and Russian. She gained valuable courtroom experience participating in the University of Miami Child & Youth Law Clinic, where she served as a student attorney for children in the foster care system. She also interned for the honorable Judge Marcia G. Cooke of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, she worked at a boutique Miami law firm defending major cruise lines, including Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian Cruise Lines. She currently works in Morgan & Morgan\'s premises liability department, where her primary goal is to help those injured and in need of help.
