Lindsey Cappola is an attorney at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., based in their Ocala office. While she was born in St.Paul, Minnesota, her formative years were spent in Clermont, Florida. Mrs. Cappola developed a robust work ethic from a young age. As both a high school and college student, she worked alongside her parents and siblings to run their family-owned restaurant. During this time, Mrs. Cappola graduated from high school as the Valedictorian of a class consisting of over 1,000 students, while simultaneously graduating with her Associate of Arts degree. Beyond her academic achievements, Mrs. Cappola channeled her competitive spirit into achieving success in extracurricular activities, including securing national and international championship titles with her competitive dance team. In 2012, Mrs. Cappola completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, majoring in political science, and received recognition as a Dean’s Scholar. Subsequently, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016, where she was honored with the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for dedicating over 300 pro Bono hours. After law school, Mrs. Cappola served as an Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida, prosecuting a range of misdemeanor and felony cases, gaining valuable experience through more than thirty jury trials. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, P.A., Mrs. Cappola practiced at a full-service boutique law firm in Marion County, Florida, representing clients in various legal matters, including contracts, family law, probate, and property disputes. Today, at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., Mrs. Cappola focuses her legal practice on premises liability and civil trial litigation, where she passionately fights for the rights of those who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others.
