Ms. Long began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. She worked there for almost 8 years prosecuting thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies. During her time there, she was selected to specialize in prosecuting domestic violence cases and child abuse cases. As a prosecutor, she tried over 70 jury trials. Ms. Long then went on to work as a trial attorney for 8 years for one of the largest national insurance companies handling first and third-party personal injury claims. Ms. Long brings the knowledge and experience she gained as a defense attorney to the table now while representing her clients who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others. She is married and the proud mother of two young children.
