Mr. Mendiondo has earned substantial litigation experience in federal and state courts across Kentucky. He has successfully tried numerous cases to a jury in both state and federal courts, and has successfully pursued and defended appeals to the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice before all states courts in Kentucky and California, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and Central District of California, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
