Daniel Havican is a trial and litigation attorney whose practice is devoted to representing victims of personal injury. Daniel was raised in his hometown of Palm Harbor, Florida. Upon graduating from East Lake High School, Daniel attended Florida State University where he received his B.S. in Economics. After graduating from Florida State, Daniel returned home to attend Stetson University College of Law. Throughout his time in law school, Daniel clerked at a personal injury firm in Clearwater, Florida. While in this role, Daniel conducted research for the firm and assisted throughout the litigation process. Upon graduating from Stetson University College of Law, Daniel worked for a workers’ compensation defense firm in Tampa, Florida. This experience enabled Daniel to have a better understanding as to the thought process of the insurance companies and how they assess claims. It wasn’t long before Daniel recommitted his practice to fighting insurance companies who fail to adequately reimburse or who fail to pay injured individuals. He gained invaluable experience working at a personal injury firm in the Tampa Bay area and has now joined Morgan & Morgan—utilizing his extensive personal injury experience to represent clients who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others.
