Elizabeth Fridman is a Personal Injury attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Miami office. Ms. Fridman specializes in automobile accidents. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Fridman was a prosecutor at the Broward State Attorney’s Office for over three years. There, she handled cases ranging from misdemeanors to second degree felonies. She conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials during her tenure as a prosecutor. After leaving the public interest sector, Ms. Fridman worked at an insurance defense firm handing a large volume of first party property cases. While defending insurance companies, Ms. Fridman gained valuable insight and experience which she now uses to help her injured clients. Ms. Fridman received her B.S. in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Fridman then went on to receive her J.D. from the Shepard Broad College of Law where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. While in law school, Ms. Fridman was a member of the NSU Trial Association and Moot Court Honor Society. Ms. Fridman competed in several national Trial and Moot Court competitions, and was a quarterfinalist in the E. Earle Zehmer National Moot Court Competition in 2017.
