Mr. Vigness currently serves on the Florida Bar Civil Trial Certification Committee, having been personally appointed by the President of the Florida Bar. He previously served as the Chairman of the Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee A for Twentieth Judicial Circuit and as well as the Chairman of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit’s Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee. Mr. Vigness also was one of four attorneys selected by the Chief Judge of The Twentieth Judicial Circuit to serve on the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Case Management Committee. Mr. Vigness was appointed as an Honorary Deputy of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office by Sheriff Mike Scott in 2018. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Lee County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Vigness is licensed to practice law in Florida’s State and Federal Courts.
