Ben Cohen is a trial attorney. He received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Baltimore and his Juris Doctor from The University of Miami School of Law. With more than a decade of litigation experience, Mr. Cohen has appeared in court throughout the state, in both Federal and State Trial Courts. He is also licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Cohen was a Partner at a prestigious civil defense firm where he represented corporations, hospitals, medical and legal professionals, and insurance companies in catastrophic bodily and personal injury litigation arising from automobile negligence, professional negligence, premises liability, including slip and falls, trip and falls, and negligent or inadequate security, construction defect, workers compensation immunity, products liability, medical malpractice, and transportation and wrongful death.
